All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are fixed and there are NO negotiations. Payments are to be made directly through the website and custom orders will only be sent via Toucan Marketing Ltd. All instalment options are controlled via payitmonthly and REWRITE do not have any responsibility for acceptance. Once a service has been purchased there is NO refund provided and a confirmation signed agreement of delivery will be sent for all payitmonthly clients.

All content on this site is the property of REWRITE. Unauthorised copying is NOT permitted and will be reported immediately.

In order to complete your order we collect personal information such as contact details, education and employment history or current CV. Should this information not be readily available from your order then we will either contact you to gather this information, or in the case where there is minor amount of information missing we will highlight this when sending your completed order back to you. It is YOUR responsibility to send this information and have ready for when purchasing.

If we find that due to the nature of your order; e.g. delay in receiving the information that make us falls outside the agreed turnaround time we will contact you to discuss this. Similarly if we find that due to resources we will fall outside of the agreed turnaround time we will contact you to discuss this and agree any required actions.

Your CV will be delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF format to the email address provided at the time of placing the order. Should there be any information missing then we will be unable to send your CV in PDF.

Once you have received your order we will assume your order is complete unless you advise us that adjustments are required. To be as efficient as possible we do recommend you outline any required adjustments in an email and send this to adam@fac3uk.co.uk or adam@rewritemycv.co.uk. Once we have received your email we will respond should we feel in our experience your adjustments need to be re-considered. We aim to complete any requested adjustments (new or within 12 months) within 3-5 working days of your request.

Our 12 month of amendments CAN be retracted at ANY stage and is only available for the CV writing services. Please note this offer includes updates/alterations but not a full rewrite or for a change of job roles (unless agreed).
